While we strive for high-quality results, all cleaning outcomes depend on the age, condition, prior treatments, and material composition of the surfaces being serviced. Therefore, Aegis Response Group cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odors, or damage.
All information on this website is provided for general purposes and may not reflect the most current service updates, pricing, or availability. Aegis Response Group makes no warranties regarding website accuracy, and we reserve the right to modify services, pricing, or policies at any time without notice.
By using this website or booking a service, you agree that Aegis Response Group is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from site use or service performance, except where prohibited by law.
Refund Policy - the basics
Aegis Response Group is committed to professional, reliable service. If you are not satisfied with the results of your cleaning, contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to inspect the area and provide a re-clean of the affected section at no additional cost, when applicable.
Refunds are issued only when Aegis Response Group determines that the service was not performed according to industry standards and a re-clean cannot reasonably resolve the issue. Because results depend on pre-existing conditions, we do not offer refunds for:

Permanent stains, wear, or damage that cannot be removed

Odors or contaminants embedded beyond surface level

Issues caused by improper carpet installation, aging, or deterioration

Services performed exactly as requested but yielding limited improvement
All refund decisions are made at the discretion of Aegis Response Group management.
