1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this Site or scheduling services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on the Site. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Services Provided
Aegis Response Group (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides carpet cleaning, pressure washing, and related cleaning services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified, updated, or discontinued without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse service when conditions pose a safety or operational risk.
3. Booking, Estimates & Pricing

Estimates provided online or by phone are approximate until the service provider performs an in-person assessment.

Pricing may vary based on area size, soil level, staining, odors, and pre-existing conditions.

Additional charges may apply if conditions differ from the information provided when booking.

We do not guarantee the removal of permanent stains, odors, or damages beyond cleaning capability.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

Provide accurate information regarding the service area

Ensure clear access to the space being cleaned

Secure pets, valuables, and breakable items

Notify us of any electrical, water access, or structural issues

Ensure an individual 18+ is present during service unless otherwise arranged
We are not responsible for damages caused by unstable furniture, unsecured property, or hazardous site conditions.
5. Limitations of Service
Cleaning results vary based on age, material, wear, and pre-existing conditions of carpets and surfaces.
Aegis Response Group cannot guarantee:

Full removal of stains, odors, or bacteria

Results on carpets with heavy wear, contamination, or prior chemical treatments

Restoration of surfaces damaged prior to service
Pressure washing may reveal underlying wear, discoloration, or deterioration previously hidden under dirt. These conditions are not caused by our service.
6. Payment Terms

Payment is due when services are completed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, cards, and electronic payment methods.

Unpaid balances may incur late fees or collection efforts.
Commercial clients must follow invoice terms provided at the time of service.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Same-day cancellations may incur a $25 cancellation fee.

If a technician arrives and cannot perform the service due to customer-related obstacles (no access, unsafe conditions, or misrepresented service area), a $25 trip fee may apply.
8. Satisfaction & Refund Policy
Aegis Response Group provides a 48-hour satisfaction window. If you are not satisfied, we will:

Re-inspect the affected area

Provide a re-clean when applicable
Refunds are issued only when the service was not performed according to industry standards and a re-clean cannot reasonably resolve the issue.

9. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Aegis Response Group is not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from service performance or website use.

Claims are limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Fading, dye loss, or wear

Deep stain wicking after drying

Odors originating from padding/subfloor

Damage to loose grout, deteriorated surfaces, or aged materials

Users agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with functionality.
